Any suggestions? i know i should eat high protein meals but how many carb based meals should i eat? i'm currently bulking but i wish so start cutting in a couple of months.:)

Hey Guys!! I'm new to freetrainers. I just started wieght lifting about 3 months ago. I'm preety satisfied with the results. I'm taking whey and not on any specific diet. my meals are mainly pasta bread vegs, tuna, and meat(chicken, pork etc..)I'm looking to cut a little bit of flab around the stomach but don't ant to loose any of my bulk. Can i do this with a diet? what foods should i eat?

Diet is indeed your key. It is the key to successful bulking or cutting.
