Sup ppl...just wondering if you guys could give me some tips to help me out as I'm about to start working out for the first time (I've worked out before, but never got into a routine or anything)...
So for starters, I'm 21, about 6'2, 180 lbs...I've been an athlete all my life so I'm not in bad shape by any stretch but I wanna start toning up and getting a little bigger and more defined cuz I'm just a couple notches above 'scrawny'...
I'm not trying to turn into goliath or anything,but basically I jus' want to know some of the best exercises, what I should concentrate on, any supplements etc that I should use to get good results (for what I'm looking for) and hopefully quickly...
For about the next 2-3 months I have access to a gym about 3-4 days a week...so can ya help a brotha out?!?!?
