Hi..i was wondering if one were wanting lean mass gain..is excess carbs needed or excess protiens??I don't want to put on excess fat??Is it a good idea to take bananas along with my myoplex for gains after my workout ??

To get lean you need to eat things like sweet potatoes, beans, brown rice, oats, chicken breast(skinless), egg whites, tuna and salmon.
You may want to do a search on "diet thread".
Or check the nutrition saction for gauns and loss.

Your muscles are made of protein, however you need carbs to build this protein into muscle. You will not gain mass with a deficit of either. Similarly, you also need a balance of fat in your diet.
