and as much as i hate to sound pro-steroid, if I hear another person with the blanket statement of "steroids are bad", weights are getting thrown.

Agreed wrestler....although I am personally against their use for physical enhancement without a true need for it...(withering away from some health condition...cancer, etc)....I hate blanket statements 'steroids are bad' because it's outright ignorant....if steroids got medicinal uses then they are not bad ...are they?....if people misuse them and take them for no real purpose...they are fools ...

I find at least 4 things wrong in
'im 5'7" about 135lbs i lift about every day.i was wondering what would be good to get muscle mass in my arms.i take whey protein sometimes and anabol x plus. '

First off , why would you lift 7 days? that's very wrong approach...5 days a week of correct training is on the high side...usually 3-4 days are sufficient...

Secondly, you want just muscle in your arms? not gonna happen sorry to break it to you...arms act as synergists in most big exercises.....in other words they assist bigger muscles....so training those bigger muscles with big exercises...is what will end up giving you those big arms...arms are small muscle groups so....training them more than twice a week is counterproductive...or even more than once a week...

Thirdly, you take whey protein 'sometimes'? what does that mean? if you supplement with protein, it has to be consistant...day in and day out...every single day...each day you need to aim for same or about same protein intake....this occassional use of protein is a waste of money quite frankly...

Finally....anabol X is a joke of a supplement...congratulations on wasting your money....that supplement is as much a steroid as I am ronnie coleman....

I find it funny when people can't even read the label...

'CAUTION: """""""Not intended for use by person under the age of 18""""""""". AnabolX is not intended for long-term use. This product is not intended for use by those with a serious medical condition or pregnant or lactating women. Consult your physician before use.

My suggestion is if you want big muscles as well as big 'arms'

do

Deadlifts
FULL Squats
Shrugs
Dips
Pull Ups
Chin Ups
Bench Press

But that would mean actual work!

I think if you are doing bench press 4 days a week you will quickly see signs of overuse in your anterior deltoids, but working out 4 days a week should be fine if you find the right split.

taking protein shakes is never necessary to achieve results...it helps...sure...but if you can eat 5 meals a day...your bodyweight in protein in grams from whole food sources(poultry, meat, eggs, dairy, etc)then you don't need protein shakes....

bench press 4 times a week is too much....do only 3-4 exercises per workout and focus on BIG exercises

Squats on Toes(heels off the ground)
Pull Ups
Dips

Bench Press
Shrugs
Rows

Deadlifts
Military Presses
Chin Ups

do a warm up set for each, and then if you're starting out do 3-4 sets of each exercise...8-12 reps, with 60-90 sec rest between sets...pick weight where you come close to failure at least on the last set....and always have a spotter on exercises like bench press, squats, military presses,...etc...
