Hi everyone. Very new to this site. I am newly married and I got to thinking that I want to look better than I did for my wedding day. I want to be healthy for the children that I will one day have. I have started cutting the soda out ant the eating between meals, and drinking the water instead. I've started walking as much as I can between the cold weather and my job. Where do I go from here. I'm Lost.
Here's the catch... you need to eat more often. Six or seven small meals a day. One reason is, if you become hungry we tend to pig out when it's time to eat. Not a good thing as our eyes are generally bigger than our stomachs!
