Hey guys. Im 20 years old 5'9 and weigh 170 lbs. I tore my PCL 8 months ago and since then my body has gone into atrophy. After I saw myself without a shirt and I saw my gut that was starting to grow and my 6 pack was gone( wasn't a crazy six pack but it was visible)I decided to get back into shape. I have signed up to the site and hope it will help me.
My only problem is that I dunno how I can monitor what I eat. Do you guys have a system? I chose weight loss and defenition training. Is that right? I only need to lose the gut that is starting. Its more of a preventiveness than actuall losing. I am doing 3 day weeks and have chest mass and ab training as extra. What do you guys think?

Just take out, potatoes and all refined sugers. It it don't say "whole, or natural" don't eat it lol. get on a bike or somthing low impact on the knees. Do cardio 30 45mins a day. And weight train 3 4 days a week. what yoru wanting is gonna come from diet
