Our gym at school is only open from 12-5 and I have class from 1-4 so basically I can't get my workout done. I don't want to lose anything so I have been doing some push ups and ab exercises in the mean time. Are there any other exercises I could do in a dorm room? I can't do pull ups since I have no bar. I could probably do dips in between 2 chairs and use books as weight.

I see a 12-1 slot available? Whats to stop you from getting a 40 minute workout in. Some of my best workouts are only 30 minutes.
Besides, hormonaly, 45 minutes is the most optimal workout time.

Problem is that I need to shower before and it is a 15 minute walk from where I am on campus so I would basically only have a 15 minute workout. Some people will say run, but I also can't do that as to some knee problems (fluid buildup/hamstring tendonitis). I tried to make it from 4-5, but I was way to hungry and felt dizzy the entire time.

I don't see how that is a 15 minute workout. I still see 40 minutes. I was including shower and getting to class. You don't need a 20 minute shower after exercise, just enough to rinse off, and then rush your clothes on and get out the door. And im sure you could cut that to a 10 minute walk.
Where do you go to college?
If its from 4-5, then eat a small snack, maybe a yogurt and a fruit, or a can of tuna and some gatorade about 2 hours prior to your workout.
BTW, I have gone 3 days without eating, while training 3 times a day. Thats nine consecutive workouts, before I even started to get dizzy. And then I went another 2 days. Unhealthy, yes, but it makes me question you when you say you get dizzy from working out after a couple hours of not eating.
Maybe you should have some blood tests run.

I go to Bryant University and I live in the furthest apartment from the damn gym without a car. So I have a 12-15 min walk to the gym and back from it. The showers are closed in the gym during this session due to it being in the pool which is closed all of break.
I tried going to the gym several times and before I could complete my workout I got very dizzy and had to sit down. I know last time I went to the doctors I had high blood pressure and we couldn't find the cause of it, but when I eat I feel fine. Before winter session I was doing the freaky big natural workout, which is a pretty hardcore workout with no issues. I just need some stuff I can do in my room in the mean time over next week just to get the blood flowing.

Bryant isn't that big from what a friend tells me. Wouldn't the gym be closer to your class than your apartment?
High blood pressure caused you to become dizzy? Did they say HYPO or HYPERtension? Because that doesn't sound like one of the symptoms of high blood pressure, but the opposite.
Try eating during class. Nothing big.
I have a friend, hes actually my training partner and fighting partner, everymorning he does dips on his bed behind his back, one armed push ups, and pistols. I highly recommend you look into pavel's 'THE NAKED WARRIOR'. Best bodyweight program ever written. Anything else will have diminishing returns due to the lack of resistance.
Also, if you live in an apartment, I HIGHLY recommend investing in a one of those pull up bars that you can hang on a door frame.
Hope this helps.

This guy's really giving you a hard time. Obviously the time's just not there.
Get some adjustable dumbbells to use for curls, tricep extensions, rows, flys, presses, weighted dips, etc. in your room. Another thing that's great, which can be brought anywhere and weighs nothing-same exercises can be done, plus pushups with extra resistance, flys & presses with resistance looped around the back, curls, etc.:
