Looking to lose some weight

Hey, Im a 27 year old male. Looking to lose some weight. At this time I weigh 215lbs. I used to play football at a small college in AZ(just to give you an idea of my build). My target is to lose 30lbs in 8 weeks. It seems my problem area is my stomach. Can anyone offer any advice? I've already begun watching my calorie intake and have been trying to work out 3 times a week. I wanna work out 5 times a week but Im having a hard time finding motivation. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to FT, please fill out your profile and then you will find some excellent FREE exercise and nutritional programs that are offered here. You will find the motivation, most likely, when you start reaching some goals, make some goals, small ones at first, like I WILL WORK OUT 3 TIMES THIS WEEK, and accomplish it, then add a day, add nutritional choices, etc.
