Welcome to FT, please fill out your profile and then you will find some excellent FREE exercise and nutritional programs that are offered here. You will find the motivation, most likely, when you start reaching some goals, make some goals, small ones at first, like I WILL WORK OUT 3 TIMES THIS WEEK, and accomplish it, then add a day, add nutritional choices, etc.
