I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW WITH OUT HARDLY ANY RESULTS.. WHATS GOING ON AND AM I JUST WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY??:angry:

There is harldy enough info in your post to answer. Diet is one possibilty. Lack of rest is another. Wrong exercise program for your goals is another.

If you have been working out for a year, and no gains, your diet is insufficient. Diet is the key to working out and gaining muscle. The workout is the vehicle to get you to the point, but diet is the fuel to make it run.
