No 6-pack jokes! Please.

I am thin, i am not fat! On a pinch test i had 7% body fat
I need some home exercises for my abs! I have some dumbbells, barbell etc but i don't think these will help me build great visible abs i have a very nice diet as well anyway ive heard doing 200 sit-ups every set ain't gonna give you a 6 pack but short reps like 6 - 8 per set will. I have weights but how can i incorporate this into crunches or any other great ab builders? I heard one-person say put it on your chest but that does not work. Thanks!

You have heard right. why wouldn't putting weight on your chest work??? I do steep decline sit-ups w/ 35lbs behind my head. Just a preference to have the weight behind my head, it's a leverage thing.

Because when i have the weight on my chest it feels like im using my arms to prevent the weight so it doesn't fall off my chest cause ur ment to hold onto it arnt u?

Yes. But usually gravity holds the weight there for me. Grab a 45lb plate, set it on your lap, and cross your arms. You shouldn't have a problem, let the bottom of the plate pivot on your the top of your hip.
