Its that simple... I have eaton more food than anyone i know in any given day. I eat peanutbutter, potatoes, icecream, and bread all the time. Nothing the only thing that has changed in 1 and half months is the loss of my incredible 6 pack. Have i gained weight with the loss of my 6 best friends? yes 1 pound. I no i must sound like a baby, complaining that i cant gain weight where there are many that would kill for my gift but i do box and am tired of a 185 pound newb talking smack to my face because he out weighs me by 45 lb. I also want to get into modeling.

Sounds like you need to quit snacking and eat good meals. Bread, ice cream, and potatoes will go to storage (fat) if they're eaten excessively and/or at the wrong time. You need to eat 5-6 meals a day, each containing a good amount of protein. You also need to look at your training routine. Since you have not posted that, I cannot comment on what needs to be fixed. Best of luck to you.

I agree with everybody who has replied. But having been told many, MANY, MANY times (for 3 years straight I might add) that I looked WAY too skinny and need to eat more and now having gained around 20 pounds since, I just wanted to emphasize a few things...
A good thing to do is look at how active you are, because staying active raises your metabolism. If you haven't changed your workout in a while, do so now, for sometimes your body simply gets "bored" of the same routines. By changing your workout drastically your body with receive a shock and will need resources to bounce back. (Try strength training, using a pyramid workout, it's excellent for razing your metabolism). Also if you aren't already, try running a mile minimum daily (Also great for metabolism)
Another thing to do is, as previously mentioned, don't snack! That's the same thing I always told my friends, "I do SO eat A LOT! I just snack instead of eating big meals" I believed what I said (then), but boy I sure don't now. Make sure to eat hearty meals throughout the day and have a good diet, eating Big Macs isn’t goin' to give you the kind of pounds that you are goin’ after. If you are active enough and the food you eat is the RIGHT food (for their ARE bad carbs and good carbs, just as there are of Fats and every other nutrient) it won't matter how much you eat, you won't get any beer gut, but you will gain pounds.
Penultimately, one trick that really worked for me is after having all my meals for the day, around an hour before I'd go to bed I'd make my self a big ol' smoothie (cup of OJ, Milk, Yogurt, AJ, 2 bananas and some other fruit) it Works.
Lastly... look at your height, look at your weight, look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Do I really need to gain weight?" You might actually need to gain weight, or maybe that guy at the gym is just psyching you out.
Hope this was of help, later

Sure - the workouts will work for anyone. The only difference between your workout and mine is the amount of weight used.
