hay id just like some advise on this from pros but, ive been doing a workout over the past two weeks and i train ever monday wedneday and friday, now ive been relaxng all weekend and ive jsut started getting this horrific pain in the back of my arm on my biecep could on suggest a reason for it.

Your bivep isn't on the back of your arm. I'd like to help you, but you need to decide where and what kind of pain it is.

kk wrestler the pain is on the back of my arm jsut above the ebow it hurts everytime i lift it up and bedn it i get a sharp pain shooting down my arm.

thats your tricep. kind of sounds like a strain. i would take a break from working it.. give it some time to heal. ice it too if its swollen.

Thats the ligament connecting your tricep to the elbow joint. Have it checked out. Discomfort is one thing, but sharp pains are never a good sign.
