hey has anyone got a plan of what they eat at every meal because i really need a pla nto help me and when i should eat and how many. i just dont seem to be able to fit it into my lifestyle, any suggestion.

then plan your own meals from that
check the nutritional plan (clickie at the top of the page) for how many calories, protien, carbs & fat that you need.
everyone is different so what works for me may not be what you need
