Hay every1 im new here this is kind of embarssing but im a 18yr old an my body is thin i jus hav a medium butt i want it 2 be bigger and quick without puutin on weight coz ive had many eating disorders so i dnt wanna start gaining weight again i jus wanna get my booty big but without gaing muscles on my thighs any sugesstions do squats make thighs big? an is there food to get it big and i dnt want it 2 firm i wan it kind of soft

You can't get somthing bigger without gaining some weight.
besides one can only spot build so much....the butt or glutes work with the hams and quads( leg in general) if your but get bigger, you legs will too. Just the way things are...
Theres a butt program on here...I believe...theres a sticky in womens forum abotu how well it works...

deadlifts and squats work wonders....because you're female you will be unable to build the masculine like built anyway so don't worry about that ...if you want more curves or give your body a chance to build a bit of muscle in your glutes/butt then you def will need to eat more....more calories, more protein, more carbs, and more healthy fats....I also have a feeling your diet is less than stellar so rework it...there's a lot of nutritional advice on this website...gl

it's a good thing you can't spot build too much. Can you imagine some of the trends that would develop. Andrew and menace covered everything I was going to say other than little debbie snack cakes :)

yea everyone would be 150lbs sporting 22in arms...

From her post I could also assess a few things....she has unrealistic expectation of fitness and that may worsen her chances of sticking with it...I want this but not that I want that but not this....etc etc...it's like she's at an ice cream store describing the flavor she wants to get.....Lifting can do wonders for you but don't expect to look like Jolie or J-Lo or whoever else....
