I have been slacking for about a year now, but I am finally ready to get back on track. Just got myself a membership at Golds gym here in Spokane WA. So much to accomplish so little time. If anyone has a good time schedule I sure could use some time management 101.
Trying to juggle many things and stay on track is tough.
Any suggestions?

Your profile says you work in the woodworking industry, a father, and love to build cars?

View getting in shape maybe as another of your "hobbies". Now, choose priorities as to which hobby will do more for you. Feeling healthier, more fit, will give more energy to do other things, thus make them even more rewarding.

We all have 24 hrs. in a day, how we choose to use them is up to us for the most part. In your off time, make 45 minutes of this time devoted toward fitness, health. Everything else will be that much more pleasurable when you feel fit.
