My tendonitis in my shoulder flares up whenever I re-introduce incline chest presses, regardless of wt used. Pec flies are bad too. I seem to be OK with a straight bench press (using hammer strength equipment). Any suggestions of other chest work I could do that won't irritate my shoulder. I've had my form checked and it's OK, but it does falter easily due to the weakness in shoulder. FYI, I've had this problem for quite some time now and it is much better than it was due to physio and suppliments. I'd just like to make sure I'm getting a balanced workout and don't want to avoid chest work or only do HS bench presses.
