Adding weight onto situps?

Where would i add weight for situps? never seen of that before.:)

You can add the weight across your chest. Another way to increase the resistance to extend your arms. Hard - sides of head... harder - hands placed at top of head... hardest - extend arms fully past head...

When I do situps I lay a 10 lb weight on my chest. Makes a big difference!!

Try Swiss ball crunches with 15lbs behind your head. You have to go back slow or else the extra weight takes off on you and you go sliding off the back of the ball onto the floow...almost done that a few times. The slowing down is good for lengthening the resistance time as well though, just like the negative on any weight training exercise.
