Alright im 13 and im pissed. I weigh 200 pounds i have stretch marks and im slow. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks. I have a few questions though. I currently have stretch marks and am wondering if theres anything possible to get rid of them. I have a cottage up north and if i swim alot il have a deep tan but i dont know what that well do. And im wondering if il have flabby skin. During my workout i well be constantly drinking water. Please post feedback and tips.
i well post progress everyday and the first day starts tommorow

30 pounds in 3 weeks sorry but i don't think that’s going to happen too much in that amount of time but from losing weight cardio is the key and eating healthy don't eat the fatty foods you usually do eat high protein foods that will work because you get full alot easier so you don’t need to repeat a meal that’s all the help i can give you.

The slower you lose the weight the less stretch marks you will have. Being so young will also help. I know there are creams sold to help with them - check the ladies forum I believe there was thread on that there.
As for lossing 30 lbs in 3 weeks, 10 lbs in one week I have heard of - most of it is water wieght but a good goal is 2 lbs a week more than that & you usually lose muscle which in the long run is very bad for you.

No offense, but if your 200 pounds you can definetly wait more than 3 weeks to lose it. The advantages in trying to rush yourself to lose weight SUPER fast will only be lost when you quickly gain back after fatique. Don't over due yourself trying to lose weight as fast as possible, instead focus on eating right and having a set schedule at the gym, or doing your cadio and make it part of your life.
