I seriously need help on my lats they are so far behind and my workout just doesnt seem to work!! I do the following lat pulldowns front and back one arm rows, Flat bench rows, lateral pull ups and That one where you lie on a bench looking down pulling the weight up to your chest don't know what its called? It's a pretty solid program I think but my lats are never stiff or sore or grow!! Could it just be bad form??

Chins are the literal king of back work. Do them from varying hand positions. Wide, close, underhand, shoulder width. Add weight with a dip belt. Couple those with heavy bent over barbell rows or some other good heavy rowing movement, like T bar. Single arm db rows are great, but most folks cheat on them and subsequently do not hit back well. Another great form of these, which I see noone do, is using the Smith machine. You can really pile on some weight here, and single arm row. Just position a bench parallel to the bar, load it up, and row like you would with a dumbbell. The plane of motion of the smith will keep you strict. Finish the back off with a upper cable pulldown movement, good clean reps.
