I dont want to make my family feel bad for not eating the food they cooked, so what does everybody recommend. Should I just eat whatever and do some extra cardio tomorrow or something?

Eat Healthy and enjoy. Besides, the more turkey you eat the more protein you will get!

Just fill up your plate, eat it and be done! Their is no harm in saying I'm full. :)
