what are the sets? and do we have to do 4 steps a day? what do we have to do with sets?

Welcome to FT.

"Sets" are a group of "reps." Say you are asked to do four sets of bicep curls. Each set may ask for ten reps. You do ten repetitions of the curls, take a break, then do ten again. Do that for a total of four times and you have four sets. Hope that helps.
