Before starting any weight lose program I suggest a visit to the doctor and get full physical this way no possible problems.
The only suggestion for today would be start walking before breakfast, then cut out all white sugar, white flour and complex carbs 2-3 hours before bed. Drink 64oz water per day and eat(whole foods only) 5-6 small meals a day. That is very general and a healthy lifestyle type diet for anyone.
Just start today and before you know it, you and your wife will feel so much better.

Although I have no real bad health issues yet(besides athsma) I really need to lose weight in fear of forming Health problems. I have been on here before and weighed about 295 when I had started, I thought I had lost about 15 lbs until I figured out my scale had broke and I lost only about 4-5 lbs. Well, I am back again and I weigh 300 this time, I really need some advice on how to safely lose weight at my size. My wife also says she needs to lose weight, so I do have an accountability partner. She currently weighs about 225. Please help in any way you can.
