In looking over the lean muscle program I noticed its similar to pyrimid training....isn't this more associated with mass/bulk?

Also it only has arm training for one day concentrating on 2 ex for bi's 2 for tris...is this enough?

Lastly I haved just began training in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts...grappling...juijitsu...kickboxing). Is this the program I should go for?

Thanks,
Scott

1. I'm confused... What is it your after? The lean muscle program is the mass/bulk program?
2. For mass, then depending on the exercises, yes.
3. No, your looking at a completely wrong program if your looking to excel in MMA. Check the powerlifting forum, it has more sport strength advice, and if you still have a question, then you can get a hold of me. I specialize in sports performance, and I also participate in mma. You need a more specialized program than a "bis and tris" program.
