My calfs are only 14.5" (is that small?) and they look tiny, and it makes my body look really out of proportion. I have been doing calf raises for about 2 months, and they haven't gotten any bigger, but have gotten considerably stronger. Can anybody help with a good calf MASS building exercise?

how many sets? how many reps? to failure? what are you doing?

I do 4 sets of heavy weight of 12. If I cant quite get 12 Ill go to faliure. I raise the weight every set, and I hold at top for 1 sec.

Have you tried doing them at different angles (heels out then in, then straight)? Like any other muscle, if you do it the same way all the time it'll adjust.
