Everything out is lose weight, fat free, lose 90 pounds in 10 days!!! I just want 10 pounds and that is it. I take creatine and protein shakes and stuff. maybe im taking it wrong. Help!!!!!!!
Gaining weight is all about diet to meet your needs, as is losing it. Just as you need a caloric deficit to loose weight, you must adjust your diet for a caloric surplus to gain weight.
