I need some good exercises for the glutes and hip flexors that I can do without weights at home. Please help. Also, how long does it usualy take to see results?
Hip flexors- sit up with your legs flat, v-ups, and hanging leg lifts.
Glutes- bodyweight squats, but i would recommend finding a way to add resistance.
