If you're taking the uncoated type, try the gell coated ones. They don't get into your system quite as fast. My son can't take anything uncoated without getting a gag reflex five minutes later. He's fine with the coated capsules.

I personally find just about anything with green tea in it makes me quite nauseous...I have tried the weight smart vit myself with the same results.

'ello!
Does anybody else get a nauseous feeling when they take the One-A-Day Weight Smart vitamin? I take one tablet a day, shortly after (or during) eating, like it says to do, but I usually end up throwing up. :( I’ve even tried taking only half. I still feel sick about 10 min or so after taking it. Should I try something else? If so, what?
Thanks for any help in advance.

Anything is possible. The main thing that makes me sick is One a Day marketing a vitamin claiming it's smart enough to cause weight loss... now that's sickening.

Some fat soluble vitamins will make you feel a bit nauseated on an empty stomach. Though the only ones in it with any punch( and it is a small amount) is Vit. E and Selenium. I would suggest taking it after you eat on a full stomach and see if it helps.
I am not sure why this would do that to you for any other reason, the only "weight smart" involved in it is it contains ECGC and Chromium. Neither of these should do this. ECGC is simply the factor in green tea that is touted to contain all the benefits of green tea. This dose is not excessive in any way.
Chromium by the way for your interest is reputed to help insulin do its job. This keeps blood sugars more steady.

I do take it on a full stomach...:(
Maybe I should I wait a little while, after I'm on a full stomach, to take the vitamin?
Thanks for your advice, much appreciated! :D

Why don't you just take a different vitamin?

I take the One a Day Women's (with 50% more calcium! Haha) and for a little while, it greatly decreased my appetite. I was eating about 4 times a day and for about a month, I just didn't feel hungry enough to eat that often. Now I've gotten used to taking it regularly and I'm back up to 4-5 meals a day.

Exact same thing with me. I took the One A Day Maximum and it used to give me a sick feeling. It kept getting worse and worse and now when I take it I just throw up. Empty or full stomach.
Now I take Centrum Silver and can take those on an empty stomach.
