Hi everyone, Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but neways...

In the past 4 months ive been working out and eating alot less, and only drink water. As a result ive gone from 220 pounds to about 145. The problem is I still have a gut. I know I dont need to loose any more weight, so is it just a matter of doing the right exercise to build muscle there or something? Or maybe changing my diet?

Any advice you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks

wow.. that seems like a dangerous amount of weight to lose that quickly. 75lbs in 4 months does not sound healthy. your so called "gut" could actually be excess skin that may appear as fat. when losing weight at that rate, the elasticity of the skin cant keep up so it makes you appear as if you have a gut. i am goin through a similar situation but i did not lose that much weight that fast.
