it really doesnt seem like that many exercises. Im not complaining its a lot easier than what i was doing before but is it really enough to build much mass.

I've heard from some people that each major group 1 day a week was enough, is that really the case?

Dude, it is a really good plan. I gained around 13 lbs in 8 weeks on that plan. And now that I am spacing out my meals and letting them digest instead of cramming down food(even if you are a hardgainer, just eating meal after meal isn't really going to help you, in my experimenting it would seem eating a 500-700 or whatever that would get u above maintenance in about 6 meals or so should be what you eat and thats it for about 2 or 3 hours. Letting the food digest and then eating another meal allows you to take in more of the calories rather than your body just saying this is more than I can handle and just flushing the rest out as waste. Even if you don't eat the meals one right after another, eventually your stomach is going to fill to the point where it says the rest is going to be waste etc... so if you're a hardgainer just make your portions bigger but keep them spaced out, it's working for me so far...)
