I am 5'5. My father is 5,11 and my mother 5,3. I have been lifting weights for the past year and a half. By doing research i have heard that maxing out can stunt your growth. Is this true? i have maxed maybe 5 or 6 times until i heard that. I was wondering if you think i have damaged my growth plates or if that is even true?
no..I been lifting since about 14/15.....and I grew all through my work outs height and muscle wise...
