I gained all that weight when I began working out with free weights but now I'm not gaining much more weight... why is that? Are those gains that everyone gets or do I really have the capability to keep gaining that fast with the proper program/diet etc...
When you first start out you can get some surprisingly good gains for awhile. After your body adjusts you have to keep it guessing what you're going to make it do. If you've been on the same workout for quite awhile, switch it up. If you're trying to bulk adjust your diet upward along with a heavier workout.
