im 6'9 and having trouble with abs

im 6'9" and having trouble with abs. the machines at the gym are to small to use so there is no effectiveness. when i do crunches and situps and any other type of ab workout i dont get the burn. can some one give me sone help

u doin weighted crunches & situps? if not use weight when u do your ab workouts u will get the the good burning in your abs

Use a 75 to 85cm stability for your resisted abdominal movements. This will allow for full range of motion.

Attach a rope or 2 D handles to the upper pulley. Get down on your knees, and contract your abs in like an accordian. Kind of like bending over in prayer over and over from your knees.
