im 6'9" and having trouble with abs. the machines at the gym are to small to use so there is no effectiveness. when i do crunches and situps and any other type of ab workout i dont get the burn. can some one give me sone help
Attach a rope or 2 D handles to the upper pulley. Get down on your knees, and contract your abs in like an accordian. Kind of like bending over in prayer over and over from your knees.
