Freshman football season is over and next year im going to start going for runningback i was playing reciever but didnt get much pt but enough to satisfy me. i am pretty fast but i would like to know any more leg workouts for faster speed i meen i know like leg curls, leg extentions, and squats and they help but is there anything else i can be doing to help to increase my speed and overall leg strength.
