Leg Workouts for runningbacks

Freshman football season is over and next year im going to start going for runningback i was playing reciever but didnt get much pt but enough to satisfy me. i am pretty fast but i would like to know any more leg workouts for faster speed i meen i know like leg curls, leg extentions, and squats and they help but is there anything else i can be doing to help to increase my speed and overall leg strength.

have you been doing plyometrics? box squats? leg press? deadlifts arent all that bad either... make sure you do lots of agility drills too

Theres a recent post by me under "Leg Development" it has some good ideas for a running back.
