Hi Im 16 years old , a bit over 6 feet and weigh only 155lbs Im looking to bulk up and look better and was wondering if some one could hive me some tips to working out. I have access to a weight machine and dumbells.

I have decided to start working out for about 30-45mins after school. And my current workout plan is just:

benchpress
incline situps
butterfly
curls
back laterals

I no i dont have any leg excercises, but i would like to just concentrate on upperbody. Can anyone suggest some more excercises or have any suggestions or help

I have looked on Ft and the plan i made for me consisted of like 2 excercises a day. I am just looking for ideas from people on the forum for help with upper body building

Kay, gotcha...

I think if you take a peek under Fitness Resources, it may give you a list of exercises for specific body parts.

Dumbell Lat/Front Raises for the shoulders, dumbell press and flyes for the chest... you can do them on an incline as well...

Are you not working legs?

Thanks for the replies, i will definately check out the fitness resources.

As for legs i would prefer to just concentrate on upper body strenght for now

hey all im new and am seriously lazy but i really need to do this i wont give u my life story but i really need to do this.:surprised:
i have really thick arems what excercises can i do for that prob??? i have no access to machines:(
