i currently train 4-5 days per week for approx 45 mins and do about 20-30 mins cardio (mainly treadmill on fat burning hiit type program) i wouldnt say i train very hard but lately have been struggling with energy levels. i have had the odd day when i havnt trained at all but never for a full week or so and was wondering if people thougth my body may need a week of rest to recouperate? also if this is a good idea would you recommend i dont do any cardio either? i think the last time i went for a week or 2 without training was when i had an operation in febuary.
thanks in advance for advice, oh and im taking usplabs c2 and powerFULL, should i stop takin these over the week break?

taking a break could be just what you need.. you should incorporate a week off every 8-10 weeks ish. your neuromuscular and immune systems will thank you, with a break from their daily stresses. it will also be a nice mental break, and will give you the vigor to pump up your motivation and intensity when you return. its also good for cycling your workouts, as you can revamp goals, etc. every 8- 10 weeks.
as for the cardio, take a break from it too. you can do some moderate activities, you dont have to be confined in bed all day, just remember this is a time to recover, not exercise. keep eating healthy to provide your body with the nutrients to grow (as you build muscle outside the gym, not in). the only thing you really need to modify is pre and postworkout meals.. keep the rest pretty well the same to ensure you are getting what you need.
and stay on the supps. :)

You will probably find you are more mentally in tune when you return. Lifting can become like a job almost...a week off and it is refreshing, and you are ready to hit it again, the mental attitude is again tough. Knowing when to do this is key. We all have different thresholds...you have to key into yours.
