Hello, Im from oz and have played tennis for something like 5 years although at the moment i only play like once a week these days. I enjoyed playing but now my right shoulder is much larger than my left obviously as in tennis u use either left or right arm to play. I was just wondering is there anything i can do in order to get my left shoulder looking the same as my right shoulder?
Cheers Zigman

No need to stop playing tennis....instead you need to look for things that you do in tennis and focus on unilateral training for the other side of the body to keep yourself in proportion....whether it's doing standing one arm heavy DB presses or doing extra volume trunk rotationsto the less used side.....
I suggest training your body with barbell free weight exercises..2-3 days a week....and then including another unilateral/prehab day....where you work on your weakside....the extra volume on the weakside should slowly bring the muscles in proportion...
I suggest avoiding bodybuilding websites...you're an athlete and you need to find information that applicable to your needs/sport.....bodybuilding is overly applied/overused for sports performance......

I judge bodybuilding.com based on content. And I'm not impressed. They have some writers that know there stuff (bagget, santana) and then some rediculusly stupid writers.
-------------- Iron and chalk.
