im 23 and i had a baby 8 months ago and having a really hard time losing the weight. being a new mom i would have to have a at home plan but have no idea where to begin.

Congratulations on your baby! I have twin boys, 18 months old. at 8 months post-partum I was just barely fitting into my prepregncy cloths. There are a few things you have to consider when starting a postpartum workout routine. 1) how active were you before conception and during the pregnancy? 2) how active are you now? 3) how's your nutrition? 4) are you breastfeeding? Depending on how you answer these questions will determine your workout and nutrition plan.

well i was really active before the pregnacy and during i was really sick and lost about 40 lbs, but after my son was born i gained alot. as for now i do some walking but thats about it cause im fairly new to the whole workout scene. i would like to think my nutrition is fairly good, but im sure there is room for improvement, and no im not breastfeeding

First, fill out your profile. Secondly, you can get a FREE at home fitness plan from this site.
Setup your goals, etc. and it'll give you a good solid at home workout, plus some guidance with nutrition.
