I have a question that sounds absurd, but it is driving me nuts! I work out 4-5x and week for 1.5 hours, 45min on cardio and 45 lifting with the program this cite has provided. I have been doing this type of exercise for years, yet i keep gaining mass in my legs and arms. I want to lose inches, is this type of workout helping me, or just building bigger muscles?? And if it is hurting me, what type of exercize will help me lose the inches?
