I am trying to find some easy excersises that I can do at home to work out my obliques. I am working on my arms with regular iron dumbells, but I don't want to have large arms and a tiny waist. Can someone please help me with a good excersise routine that a newbie could commit to without overstraining or having any real fitness experience?

Umm... Sorry, but I am not sure how to actually do any of those excercises. What is an Oblique Sit-Up?

My bodyfat is already low. That is actually the reason why I am trying to work out, I am too scrawny.

Slash... fill out your profile.

Then check out the Fitness Resources here on FT. It'll give you a list of different exercises to do for obliques, etc.
