Well I took Mutt's advice and I took the day off...I did nothing. So if this is suppose to be a good thing, why do I feel so guilty for not doing my cardio today?...(imagine if it was weight day! I wouldnt be able to live with myself!) Does anyone else get this way if they miss their workouts? :)

Yep, we all feel guilty when we miss a day! I remember going to pick up my new car last June, and missed a work-out, and I really felt bad that I missed my work-out. lol! One time my trainer made me take a week off, I told him he was crazy, but when I returned to the gym, what a blast!!

If I can't get to the gym, I might go for a little walk around the neighbourhood. Doing nothing doesn't have to be taken literally. Also, you're human being, not a machine! You're allowed to have a little down time here and there.

I haven't been able to train for a couple of days since I'm having some small personal problems with my left arm..... ): Anyway, I'm driving nuts!!!! Oh and I have been cardio training every day though. That is for me my restdays......
I cannot remember the last time where I didn't do ANYTHING for a whole day.......
Try to feel your body. Give it the needed rest and food, and if you feel like over training then stop for a while. You need to work WITH your body and not against......
