no no no, I'm not talking about a binge eating problem. For some reason even right after one of my 6 small meals I'm hunry about 45 minutes later. Am I not taking in enough? Is my metabolism in overdrive and is just cutting through everything I put in like a woodchipper?
My specs are; 17 years old 205lbs, 6'2 at about 18% body fat which is way down from my original 50% body fat. I'm trying to get down to 12-15% body fat which I'm guessing would be inbetween 185lbs and 190lbs but I'm really having a hard time with these last 15-20 pounds. I was always told the lower you go the harder to becomes which I now see is true. I'm interested in hitting this BF% because I soon want to really concentrate on building strength and mass.
I'm so use to having a high caloric requirement I'm not sure if I'm over consuming or under consuming. My excersize routine is 4 days lifting (with a 10 min warm up run) and then 3 days of HIIT. I don't schedule in rest days simply because usually once a week I'll have to much else to worry about and won't be able to get to the gym. I also have football practice 5 days a week but to be quite honest the "conditioning" is kind of pathetic. The sprints sometimes are harsh but that's about it.
My question what should be the range of calories for me, every internet calculator gives conflicting answers with others. Currently I'm doing 150g-200g of protein, not sure exactly what I do for carbs... 20-40g of fat, and anywhere from 2400-2800 calories. Should I put more focus on cardio or simply stay steady with what I have going? My goal is to have a low enough BF% somewhere in november. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

sounds to me like you should up your calories. i think your body needs more nutrients to energize and repair, because it sounds like you already lead a pretty active week.
try 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight (that would be ~200 g), 2 g of carbs/lb bodyweight (~400ish) and even up your fats a bit (to maybe 80 g). that puts you around 3100 cals. give that a go for a few weeks and see how your body reacts. personally, i'm a good 40 lbs less than you and consume that in a day.. my activity is probably a bit less (no football training), and i've had good results. keep me posted.. hope this works for you :)

Muscle demands to be fed. Sounds like bropie is right on, you need to increase your calories.

That sounds good, thanks Bropie. I guess the body never does lie, when it's hungry it means it needs more energy for upkeep.
Oh yea in unrelated news I worked up the courage to include deadlifts, I've heard so many horror stories about back injuries. I started off light with just two 35 plates, gotta perfect my form before I get into anything to high and injure myself.
