Do you consider the beginner gains(the stage where you can do just about anything and still gain muscle, obviously you would have to eat some protein though) is that the stage where you gain around 2 lbs of muscle per month, the stage where you're not close to your genetic potential?
Can someone please answer me this, I mean am I pretty much guaranteed to gain some muscle as long as I eat some protein while working out for the first year?
