alright iv bulked up enough,time to lose the fat,startin next monday,im planning on doin hiit in the mornin(5am) since thats how early i gotta do it before goin to skool(im in highskool:starts at 730),i hav luncha at 11 and i cant seem to figure out a good way to schedule my hiit and meals,think anyone can help?

When pressed for time, a liquid meal is handy for quick acting nutrients. An MRP may be the way to go for you.

so take an mrp right after hiit?? then just eat normally rest of day??
