alright iv bulked up enough,time to lose the fat,startin next monday,im planning on doin hiit in the mornin(5am) since thats how early i gotta do it before goin to skool(im in highskool:starts at 730),i hav luncha at 11 and i cant seem to figure out a good way to schedule my hiit and meals,think anyone can help?
