Hi. I'm Yenny Lin from Indonesia. I'm 29 years, 46 kgs of weight and 156 cm of height. I would like to know how to gain lean muscle mass. Well, actually i don't have quite a clear picture of how lean muscle mass looks like. Is Angelina Jolie type of lean muscle? What supplements should i take? Is it a must to take supplements? I once suffered from Hepatitis A. Is it safe for me to take supplements? Thanks for your help. :)

Try stretching excercises - these will give you a nice shape.

Supplements are for the most part very safe, but these will not live up to the hype of putting on lbs. of lean mass as they promise. I have said this many times, 95% of what we do is through diet, training, and rest. Maybe, and I stress maybe 5% is from supplements.
