Are trampolines a good idea for my cardio workout? Right now I am a couch potato . I'm almost 34 and losing my shape.:(...I get really winded after jumping with my son. Could this be a good start as far as cardio goes?

yes.....you could do it a couple days a week instead of other types of cardio....it's very fun....so it should be easier than running :]

I have a mini one... sometimes called a rebounder.. great for running on the spot, etc... and easy on the knees...

Right now I am trying to slowly make positive changes in my life for good. Some I can live with. I am trying to add alot of water each day slowly. How many days and for how long each day should I do the trampoline?
