OK, enough is enough I am here for you guys to hold me accountable, get feedback and much needed encourgagment.
I will be posting my diet and workout routines Mon-Fri(no net access on weekends but I will post recaps of the weekends on Mondays)
Today I weighed in at 139.2
Measurements:
Chest:36in
Hips:38 3/4in
Waist:28 1/2in
Thighs:L 23 1/2in R 23 1/4
Arms:L 11 1/2 R 11
Calves: L 15 R 15

I am starting at 1800 cals a day to see how I do.....

Good Luck Rainnin! I'm doing an 8 week challenge myself and hope to drop that last 15 lbs. We'll be keeping an eye on you so keep your hand out of the cookie jar!

Thanks you guys!
I am already having trouble making it to 1800 cals so this will be the work in progess type of thing.
I am doing Weight Watchers but I am doing the newer CORE plan that has you eat whole foods until satisfaction. I find the body builders list too strict but maybe in the future I will get there.....:)

First day, not like I had hoped. My son got sick so I didn't make it to the gym. :(
Today was suppose to be my rest day but I will do yesterdays WO instead.

Tues, Sept 6th

Multivitamin, 1000 mg fish oil
S:1c.canteloupe
B:2c.coffee w/dash of ff milk and SF cocoa
Burrito-Whole wheat LoCarb tortilla, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 1 Kraft single(gotta get rid of these), 4 small slices canadian bacon, salsa.
S:Smoothie-1/2c.ff plain yogurt, 1/2c.ff milk, 1/2c.strawberries, 3 packets splenda.
L:4oz chicken breast w/salsa, 1 tomato
S:1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp natural PB, 1 tbsp SF jam.
1/2c.SF applesauce w/cinnamon

(Here is where I would have WO!)

D: 1 potato sliced, sliced, tossed in 2 tsp olive oil and baked. One egg pan fried w/Pam.

Lots of water!!
