ok i did it today i used 130 lbs and i would keep my back straight and lean over and i usually would have to keep my knees pretty straight i would bend them slightly they werent ever totally locked obviously or i would have fallen over or hurt my knees but whenever i bent over i just felt a stretching in the muscle in the back of my legs it didnt feel that intense and the bar and weight i could kind of pick up without muscling it up too much with my legs did i do it wrong or what :-/
oh well next week i begin squats and stuff ill just do heavier squats than deadlifts or whatever i dont really know those would probably be easier to do heavy and not worry about but yeah i dont have deadlifts anymore
