I am supposed to do 30-45 minutes of cardio three to four times a week....I hate cardio for the most part, but I know I have to do it... my question is, can I do cardio on all four days for 22.5 minutes for a total of 90minutes rather than 30 minutes three times a week for a total of 90 minutes??? If I have to do it for less time every day rather than LONGER for less days I would be happier....

I think we kind of need to know more, like what is the reason you are doing cardio? Do you need excessive weight loss, or is it just for your cardiovascular health? Your goals in training is what you need to meet.

Of course you can do whatever you might want to do, the question is only if you'll get enough results.

I am 5 ft 8 and 175 lbs, post prego. SO I need to lose some body fat. My goal is to lose that icky fat and and buff up my flabby gut, thighs and butt.... basically all the major areas that plague most women...I am on the weight loss and definition program....

Relax;It only takes time. BUT, If you are in a hurry, you have to do intense cardio and cut the calorie intake. You have to also be strict w/yourself about it.

You can try the H.I.I.T program. it will nly cost you 20 minutes. There is an article about it on this site. ============ Quoting from grennie:
