Ok Ive asked this here before, a few monthes ago but didnt get any good responses.

Im in a band and constantly tour, for example we leave this week and are gone till dec. While on the road its not really practical for me to find a gym every day.

Ive been doing pushups and crunches ( while on tour, at home i workout regularly ) but I want to maximise what i have while im on the road.

Should I be trying to do a full body workout, 1 - 2 core exercises for each body group every day? or should i still try and break up the days even tho all i really have is any free body exercises and 25 and 35 lb dumbells?

any military or jail workout programs would be great

I travel fairly frequently. I look ahead to where I am going, and find gyms in the area. I don't usually work out the same(full bore), but I do get enough in to maintain.

thats the problem, im in a different city literally every day. so my workout time is an hr to 2 everyday, its not enough tim to always find a gym. thats why im tying to figure a good way to just do what i can with 2 sets of dumbells and pushup, pullup, dips

Use the internet and check out the hotels in advance. I travel a couple of weeks every month and very rarely can't find a motel that has some machines and many have an affiliation with a gym that's close by. If nothing else, get yourself a couple or more of the strength training bands. It's not as good as a "real" workout but you can maintain.
