its not my bench I beat
not my squat,
nor my dl.....

I've come to the conclusion, cardio is my truly weakest link on me,plus i'm trying to drop some fat.

When I started last week.....I ran my 1st mile( tredmill)in about 11:05, descent I thought for a 268lb guy, who does no cardio lol. As I kept doing it day after day, to my surprise and shock, my heart and lungs adapted very quickly. So far in fact.....today I ran a mile in 9:06.

So shocking its hard for me to believe.....I know its not the hard ground..but still i was amazed how fast my body acomadated to it.

You da man BA. Congratulations. I still think it's cool that you can hold a female with one hand, by one ankle, over your head.

keep working on it Andrew...you'll soon be down to under 6.....I am guessing you also need some pointers on the running form....you can really make the process more efficient and improve time....

You can be 270lb and still be in awesome cardiovascular shape...

That's real good improvement BA and I think if you ran outside you were run a better time. I have a hard time running an 8 minute mile on a treadmill, but I can run repeat almost 7 flat miles on my school track. Idk if it's just me, but the air inside seems different so I don't breathe as well.

I run better on a tredmill.....it absorbs better, and cool air makes it easier to breath.

Just try to always use at least a 1% incline. It's easier on the knees, and more like the natural motion of running on ground, because you have to push back more rather than just bounce up and down while the tread moves underneath you. Hope that makes sense to you. Congrats man.
